Maritime regulations can be complex the world over. If you are a ship owner, a ship operator or a ship charterer and need guidance on a legal maritime matter related to your ship, barge, cargo or facility in Mexico, I can provide legal advice and guidance in support of your company or law firm if necessary.

If you have a vessel or barge in need of repair or drydocking I am able to provide a supervisory service to properly monitor and report on the shipyard activities as required and agreed by your classification society so the work can be completed in time and within budget.

Admeasurerment services for box-shaped vessels and barges only. If your vessel or barge has undergone a notable modification in size I can measure or certify its gross and net tonnage to determine internal capacity.

Experience witnessing periodical tests (two and half years to five years) for tank containers in collaboration with Silver/CIMS LLC Inspection Services, Inc. a Texas based company DNV authority www.tankcontainer.com I also provide training for tank container testing facilities, in order to comply with requirements by the International Maritime Organization (IMO) www.imo.org in the IMDG Code.

I am able to provide services to underwriters / insurance companies to perform Marine Warranty Survey work before and during special operations in order to verify procedures and make sure they are properly observed, or following a marine insurance claim to check on repairs and monitor repair progress thereby ensuring the terms of insurance policies are met.

In order to examine administrative, operative and structural conditions for a ship pre-purchase or On-Hire, a Ship Condition Inspection (generic or client tailored) will help in decision making.
