Graduated at the Escuela Náutica Mercante de Tampico, presently Escuela Náutica Mercante Capt. Alt. Luis Gonzaga Priego González (the name of it’s founder, in 1945) at the time, branch in Latin America for the International Maritime Organization’s (IMO) World Maritime University (WMU) as Naval Engineer and Deck Officer in May 1982 (Class 1977 – 1981).

A. in Panama, R. P. This mobile testing facility has tank container (T75 units only) testing activities as of July 2016.

A. at the facilities of Macroquímica Centroamericana in Guatemala City, Guatemala.
